Dr. Daniel Serna graduated the medical school from the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine and completed his residency program at the University of California Irvine. A fellowship followed at the Emory University soon after that. Dr. Serna is both specialized and board certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery. He has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center. During his career, he has also contributed to several publications of medical interest.
