Dr. Brian Palafox graduated the medical school from the University of California Irvine School of Medicine and completed two residency programs: one at the University of California Irvine and the other at the Orange County Medical Center. A fellowship followed at the University of California Irvine soon after that. He is specialized in thoracic & cardiac surgery and board certified in general surgery, thoracic and cardiac surgery. Dr. Palafox has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Children's Hospital of Orange County and the Mission Hospital. During his career, he has also contributed to 7 publications of medical interest.
