Dr. William Bernstein graduated from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He did his internship at the Pennsylvania Hospital and completed two residency programs, one at the UCLA Medical Center and the other at the St. Mary Medical Center. He is specialized in Radiology and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Bernstein has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the College Medical Center and the St. Mary's Medical Center.
