Dr. Stephen Chang, a specialist in Diagnostic Radiology, received his medical degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. The completion of his residency followed, at Emory University. Having a practice experience of nearly 20 years, Dr. Chang is also the recipient of a CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification. At the time, he practices at Banner Desert Medical Center, Banner Heart Hospital, and Banner Baywood Medical Center in Arizona.
