Dr. Scott Foster graduated from the Perelman School of Medicine and did his internship program at the Abington Memorial Hospital. He completed both his residency and fellowship program at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Dr. Foster is specialized in Radiology and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Mercy San Juan Medical Center, Sutter Davis Hospital, Sutter Medical Center Sacramento, Sutter Roseville Medical Center, Mercy Hospital of Folsom, Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital, and Mercy General Hospital.
