Dr. Walter graduated the medical school from the University Of California-Irvine. He did his internship at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System and completed his residency program at Loma Linda University. He is now specialized in Radiology and board certified in Radiology. Dr. Walter has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with Redlands Community Hospital.
