Dr. Rihan Khan is a radiologist with a medical practice experience of nearly 20 years. He is board certified in Neuroradiology and Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Khan graduated from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, attended the Tucson Hospitals Medical Education internship program and completed his residency at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and at the St. Vincent Hospital. A fellowship followed, at the Barrow Neurological Institute. Over the course of his career, Dr. Rihan Khan contributed to several publications and has received numerous awards, such as Radiology Teacher of the Year, Medical School Student Teacher of the Year in Radiology, as well as Intern of the Year Award Tucson Medical Center. He was also recognized as one of the best doctors in the state of Arizona by Castle Connolly in 2013. Dr. Rihan Khan is a member of three medical associations, including the American Society of Neuroradiology, and is currently affiliated with Banner University Medical Center Tucson and University Physicians Healthcare Hospital at Kino Campus.
