Dr. Chandak graduated the medical school from the Delhi University College of Medical Sciences. He did his internship at the Case Western Reserve University and completed his residency program at the UCSF. He is specialized in Radiology and board certified in Radiology. Dr. Chandak has been in practice for more than 20 years and is able to use various imaging techniques in order to gather information about the human body.
