    One of the country’s leading experts regarding mesothelioma, Dr. Kashgarian currently practices as a professor emeritus in the department of pathology at the Yale Cancer Center. Graduating from the Yale University's School of Medicine in 1958, Dr. Michael Kashgarian completed a residency at the Barnes Hospital a few years later. Dr. Kashgarian returned to Yale for his fellowship, at the New Haven Medical Center. With a career spanning for over 50 years, Dr. Kashgarian is board certified in medicolegal, anatomic and clinical pathology.
