He did his internship at the Hennepin County Medical Center and completed two residency programs: one at Mayo Clinic-Rochester and the other at the University of Minnesota. A fellowship followed at Mayo Clinic-Rochester soon after that. He is specialized in radiology and board certified in diagnostic radiology. Dr. Kuo has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center and HonorHealt Scottsdale Shea Medical Center.
