    Dr. Lorenzo Gonzalez-Lavin graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and then did his residency in General Surgery at the SUNY Upstate Medical University. He also did General Surgery residency and a fellowship in Thoracic Surgery at the Drexel University –Hahnemann University Hospital. He is a board-certified thoracic and cardiac surgeon based in Bonita, California and has been practicing for more than 20 years.
