Dr. Chang graduated the medical school from the National Taiwan University. He did his internship at the Taiwan University Hospital and completed both his residency and fellowship program at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He is specialized in Pathology and board certified in Anatomic Pathology & Clinical Pathology. Dr. Chang has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Emanuel Medical Center and the Mark Twain Medical Center.
