Dr. Ernest Milner graduated the medical shool from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine. He did his internship at the Suny Health Science Center at Brooklyn and completed two residency programs: one at the Bellevue Hospital Center and the other at the Duke University Hospital. A fellowship followed at the Interim LSU Public Hospital soon after that. He is specialized in radiology and board certified in diagnostic radiology. Dr. Milner has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.
