Dr. Elviro Bernas graduated from the University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. He did his internship at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and completed his residency program at the Allentown Hospital. Then, he did a fellowship at the Downstate University. He is specialized in Radiology and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Bernas has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Kaiser Permanente Medical Hospital. During his career, he has also contributed to 3 research publications.
