Dr. Elbert Duncan graduated the medical school from University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed both his internship and residency program at Naval Medical Center. He is specialized in Radiation Oncology and board certified in Therapeutic Radiology. Dr. Duncan has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with Grandview Medical Center and Southeast Alabama Medical Center.
