Dr. Bihai Peng is a radiation oncologist based in Roseville, California. She has an extensive medical experience of 31 years. Dr. Peng graduated in 1986 from the Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Science, Guangzhou, China. She did an internship at the Frankford Hospital and after this, she completed two residency programs at the NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens and the Fox Chase Cancer Center.
