Dr. Spell graduated the medical school from the Mercer University School of Medicine. He did his internship at the Medical Center of Central Georgia and completed his residency program at the University of Florida. He is specialized in Radiology and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Spell has been in practice for more than 11 years and is affiliated with the South Georgia Medical Center.
