Dr. Thomas Kinney graduated the medical school from the University of California San Diego School of Medicine. He did his internship at the University of California San Diego and completed his residency program at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He is specialized in Interventional Radiology and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular & Interventional Radiology. Dr. Kinney has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with UC San Diego Health System and VA San Diego Healthcare System. During his career, he has also contributed to several publications of medical interest.
