Dr. Stephen Brinley graduated the medical school of Philadelphia College and completed his residency program at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. He is specialized in Radiology and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Brinley is affiliated with Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital and Russellville Hospital and is able to use imaging techniques in order to gather information about the human body.
