Dr. Scott Baldwin is a board-certified surgeon based in Riverside, California. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and then did his internship as well as General Surgery residency at the Loma Linda University. He also did a fellowship in Surgical Oncology and Oncology Research at the Loma Linda University. Dr. Baldwin has been practicing for about 20 years and is currently affiliated with the Kaiser Permanente Moreno Valley Medical Center. He has also contributed to several research publications.
