“My husband is 71 and had most of his esophagus removed due to cancer and achalasia. After doing chemo and radiation Dr. Cerfolio and his amazing team performed an esophagogastrectomy. Dr. Cerfolio is a meticulous surgeon and also a caring person. My husband did his exercises of stairs, breathing, walking and came home on day 7 after the surgery after following Dr, Cerfolio’s instructions. We were blessed this past year and one of our greatest blessing was Dr. Cerfolio.”

“My 69-year-old dad got an Ivor Lewis Esophagectomy procedure performed by Dr. Cerfolio. We are very satisfied with everything he did and how well he explained what he was going to do. My dad felt a little ill because he was not being able to drink anything for 12 days. That is the only problem he had but overall everything went great. Dr. Cerfolio is very good and we would recommend him to anyone who needs such a surgery. ”
