Dr. Neal graduated the medical school from the Stanford University School of Medicine and did his internship at the University of Washington. He completed two residency programs: one at the Stanislaus Medical Center and the other at the University of New Mexico Hospital and also one fellowship. Dr. Neal is specialized in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery. He has been in practice for more than 20 years and is currently affiliated with the Doctors Medical Center.
