Dr. Tobin graduated the medical school from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed two residency programs: one at the Washington University-Barnes-Jewish Hospital and the other at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is specialized in Thoracic & Cardiac Surgery and board certified in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery. Dr. Tobin has been in practice for more than 20 years.
