Dr. Angel Gomez completed his medical training from the University of Puerto Rico and served as an intern at San Juan City Hospital. He did his fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center and completed his residency at the University of Puerto Rico. He has received American Board Certifications in the field of critical care medicine and radiology. Currently, Dr. Angel Gomez practices at the University of Alabama Hospital. He has contributed to two research publications describing the role of Multidetector CT scan.
