Dr. Vijay Kamdar is a pulmonologist in Lynwood, California. He received his medical degree from the Topiwala National Medical College University of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India in 1974. He completed his medical education with a residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph Hospital and a fellowship in pulmonary disease at St. Vincent Hospital. He is certified by the American Board in internal medicine and specialized in pulmonary disease too. At the time, he is affiliated with several hospitals, including PIH Health Hospital - Downey and Promise Hospital of East Los Angeles, Suburban Medical Center Campus and St. Francis Medical Center. He was awarded the honor CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification by the Amazing Charts EHR, Amazing Charts, LLC in 2012.
