Dr. Sandra Gilley graduated the medical school from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed her residency through the Baptist Health System. A fellowship in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina followed soon after that. Dr. Gilley is specialized in pulmonology and board certified in internal and critical care medicine and also in pulmonary disease. She has been in practice for more than 11 years and is affiliated with Trinity Medical Center, Grandview Medical Center, and St. Vincent's Blount. During her career, she has also published several writings of medical interest in partnership with other doctors.
