Dr. Richard Lubman is a pulmonologist from Los Angeles California and he has been practicing medicine for the past 20 years. He graduated from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine and continued his studies with a residency in internal medicine at the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn and a fellowship in pulmonary disease at the New York Presbyterian Hospital - Cornell Campus.
