Albuterol is used to increase air flow in the lungs and relax the muscles of the airways.

U N C O M M O N   side effects
  • difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing,
  • hives or welts, hoarseness,
  • large, hive-like swelling on the face,
  • eyelids, lips,
  • tongue, throat,
  • hands, legs,
  • or feet, noisy breathing,
  • redness of the skin, shortness of breath,
  • skin rash, slow or irregular breathing,
  • tightness in the chest, wheezing

Albuterol

(Asbestosis, Diffuse Pleural Thickening, Rounded Atelectasis)

Albuterol is a medication which comes in multiple forms. Tablets are taken orally 3 or 4 times a day
while powder is inhaled by mouth every 4 to 6 hours. Sulfate solution for nebulization is inhaled into the lungs over the course of 5 to 15 minutes
3 or 4 times a day or as recommended by your physician.
