Dr. Pingpank having graduated from the George Washington University School of Medicine in 1992, is currently practicing as an associate professor at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Mesothelioma Specialty Care Center. Dr. James Pingpank completed two residencies, at the at the University of Connecticut Health Sciences Center in Farmington and University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. His fellowship was completed at the Fox Chase Cancer Center. Trained as a surgical oncologist, Dr. Pingpank’s specialty is in the treatment of peritoneal mesothelioma. With over 40 works published and peer-reviewed, Dr. Pingpank is attempting to give hope to those suffering from this very serious type of cancer, mesothelioma.
