Dr. Elbert Chang graduated from the St. George's University School of Medicine and completed both his residency and fellowship program at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He is specialized in Pulmonology and board certified in Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Chang has been in practice for more than 11 years and is affiliated with the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. During his career, he has also contributed to a publication of medical interest.
