Dr. David Levine graduated from the Stony Brook University School of Medicine and completed his residency program at the Rush University Medical Center. Then, he did a fellowship at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He is specialized in Pulmonology and board certified in Pulmonary Disease. Dr. Levine has been in practice for more than 20 years and is affiliated with the Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center.
