Dr. Zhongxing is a graduated of the Hunan Medical University in Changsha, Huan, located in China.

Dr. Zhongxing completed a research fellowship at the University of Texas, in Houston, Texas, for the Anderson Cancer Center, in Experimental Radiation Oncology. She also completed a clinical fellowship at the same University of Texas, Anderson Cancer Center, in Radiation Oncology.
