The Cancer Center of Idaho (CCI) is known as a Northwest innovator and leader in radiation therapy technology. This is due to the fact that Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) was first brought into Boise in 2003 by this Center. The IMRT system is considered highly successful and technologically superior form of treatment by radiation. In addition, the Cancer Center of Idaho was also one of the Northwest’s first treatment facilities to utilize BAT which is an ultrasound-based image guidance targeting technique that ensures further cancer treatment effectiveness.

The Center excels in providing an all-round, holistic treatment package that also meets the emotional needs of each of the patients.
